Welcome to Facile. These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Facile website, web application, mobile application, software platform, and related services. By accessing or using Facile, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including all applicable laws, regulations, and operational policies. Users who do not agree with these terms should immediately discontinue use of the platform.
Facile is a technology-driven compliance management platform designed to simplify and streamline statutory compliance processes for organizations, contractors, vendors, and establishments. The platform enables users to manage compliance activities, monitor statutory obligations, maintain digital records, upload compliance documents, generate reports, track audit observations, and improve compliance visibility through centralized dashboards and automated workflows.
Facile services shall be used only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Access to the platform does not grant users any ownership rights over the software, workflows, reports, source code, content, or intellectual property associated with Facile.
Users shall not misuse the platform, interfere with system operations, or engage in any activity that may affect the integrity, security, or performance of the services.
Users accessing Facile must be legally competent and authorized to represent their organization or entity. By using the platform, users confirm that they have the authority to upload documents, manage compliance information, and act on behalf of the organization using the services.
Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during account registration and while using the platform. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, and account access details.
Any activity performed through a registered account shall be deemed to have been authorized by the account holder.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded documents, statutory records, challans, returns, registers, wage records, and compliance-related information are accurate, complete, genuine, and legally authorized.
Facile shall not be responsible for compliance failures, incorrect validations, penalties, delayed submissions, or statutory non-compliance resulting from inaccurate, manipulated, incomplete, or delayed uploads.
Certain services, modules, or features of Facile may require payment of subscription fees or commercial charges based on agreed plans. Subscription charges are payable in advance and may be non-refundable unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
Facile reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, discontinue, or enhance any part of the platform, services, modules, workflows, or functionalities at any time without prior notice.
Facile reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user access in cases involving policy violations, misuse of services, fraudulent activities, unauthorized access attempts, security threats, unlawful conduct, non-payment of fees, or activities that may adversely affect the platform or other users.
All software components, dashboards, workflows, compliance databases, reports, designs, graphics, source code, trademarks, logos, content, and system functionalities associated with Facile are the exclusive intellectual property of Facile.
Users shall not upload, transmit, distribute, or store any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, malicious, or unauthorized content through the platform.
Facile may integrate with government portals, payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, analytics systems, communication services, or other third-party platforms for operational purposes.
Facile strives to maintain reliable and uninterrupted services; however, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance activities, system upgrades, internet failures, security updates, server issues, government portal downtime, or unforeseen technical events.
Facile is a technology-enabled compliance assistance platform and does not provide legal certification or guarantee statutory compliance.
Final responsibility for compliance obligations, statutory filings, legal accuracy, and regulatory adherence remains solely with the employer, contractor, establishment, or authorized representative using the platform.
Facile implements reasonable administrative, technical, and security safeguards to protect confidential information and uploaded records.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Facile services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Facile reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
